Article 1 The principle of fairness, impartiality and openness shall be adhered to in the second interview after suspension from school, and the policies shall be transparent, the procedures shall be fair, the results shall be open and the supervision mechanism shall be sound.

Article 2 Students who take part in the re-examination must be fresh graduates who have been selected and qualified by the graduate school.

Article 3. Students who are exempt from the exam must take part in the second interview, and only after passing the second interview can they be admitted.

Second, organization and management.

Article 4 The leading group of postgraduate enrollment in our school is responsible for leading and coordinating the enrollment of students who are exempt from examination in our school.

Article 5 Each enrollment unit in the school shall set up a postgraduate enrollment working group composed of relevant principals and tutors, which shall be specifically responsible for the enrollment of students who are exempt from the examination; Each major should set up a re-examination working group for students who are exempt from taking the exam, with no less than 5 members, and be qualified as a master tutor.

Third, candidates registration

Article 6 Candidates who meet the requirements of exemption from examination must fill in their volunteers through the "Information Disclosure and Management Service System of National Recommended Excellent Undergraduate Graduates for Exemption from Examination for Postgraduates" (referred to as "Exemption Service System", address: /tm) within the specified time. See the attachment for the exemption major.

Article 7 The school shall send a re-examination notice to the candidates through the "test-free service system" of the research recruitment network. Candidates should reply whether they agree to the re-examination within 24 hours after receiving the re-examination notice.

Article 8 Exempted students who sign up for the re-examination of Master of Laws (Illegal Studies) must be non-law majors (graduates of law majors in the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities are not allowed to apply).

Students who apply for the re-examination of Master of Laws (Law) have previously studied law in colleges and universities (only graduates of law major [code: 030 1] in the catalogue of undergraduate majors in ordinary colleges and universities can apply).

Fourth, re-examination admission

Ninth candidates who confirm the notice of re-examination through the system should go to the designated place for re-examination according to the time stipulated by the school. Those who fail to attend the re-examination according to the specified time shall be deemed to have given up the qualification for re-examination in our school.

Candidates who take part in the second interview must provide the following materials during the second interview:

1, the original and copy of the second-generation resident ID card and student ID card (copy of the front and back of ID card, copy of student information and registration of student ID card);

2. The original transcripts of study during the undergraduate period need to be stamped with the official seal of the Academic Affairs Office of the recommended school;

3, other relevant materials (such as foreign language grade certificate, published papers and other forms of scientific research results, the original and copy of the award certificate).

Eleventh students who are exempted from re-examination adhere to the principles of comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission. The second interview highlights the ability test, pays attention to consistent performance, and strengthens the assessment of candidates' scientific research and innovation potential and professional ability tendency.

Article 12 Re-examination of students exempt from examination shall be organized by the school enrollment unit. Each major should determine the specific methods and contents of the second interview according to the characteristics of the discipline.

Thirteenth graduate enrollment working group of each enrollment unit shall determine the list of candidates to be admitted to each major according to the re-examination results of students who are exempt from the examination.

Fourteenth students who are exempted from the exam are found not to meet the recommended exemption conditions, physical, political, ideological and moral conditions and other admission requirements during the second interview, which will be regarded as unqualified and will not be admitted; Those who fail the second interview (the written test or interview score is lower than 60 points) will not be admitted.

Fifteenth each enrollment unit shall promptly announce the results of the second interview, and the published contents shall not be modified. If there is any change, the changed part shall be explained.

Article 16 After the enrollment unit reports the list of qualified candidates for re-examination and physical examination, it shall be audited by the graduate enrollment leading group. After passing the examination, the Graduate Admissions Office will send a notice to the candidates to be admitted through the "test-free service system" and publicize the list of candidates to be admitted.

Seventeenth any of the following circumstances, will not be accepted:

1. Those who fail to fill in their volunteers within the specified time and submit relevant materials through the "test-free service system".

2. Those who did not participate in the second interview or failed the second interview.

3. Those who fail to graduate on time, and those who fail to obtain a bachelor's degree and undergraduate diploma before entering school, will be punished.

4. Students who have been confirmed to be admitted without the test, such as unqualified follow-up study, unqualified graduation design (thesis), unqualified political examination and physical examination, untrue or inaccurate submission materials, fraud, etc.

Eighteenth all candidates to participate in the re-examination and admission must strictly implement the provisions on the admission of master students. The avoidance system shall be implemented for the re-examination and admission of students who are exempt from the examination. Students who have immediate family members to participate in the re-examination are not allowed to participate in the re-examination and admission. Those who violate the regulations will be criticized, educated or disciplined according to the seriousness of the case until they are investigated for legal responsibility.

Nineteenth the implementation of student work reconsideration system. School discipline inspection and supervision departments and graduate schools accept all kinds of complaints and appeals from students within the prescribed time limit. Complaints, complaints after investigation and verification, by the school graduate enrollment leading group instructed the relevant units graduate enrollment leading group or the second interview working group for reconsideration. The reconsideration result shall be promptly fed back to the complainant or the complainant.

Sixth, the reward system.

Article 20 In order to encourage students to apply for our school, the school set up special scholarships for graduate students who were admitted to our school that year. The reward range is 10000 or 30000 yuan. Other graduate scholarships established by the school include national scholarships, national grants, academic scholarships for graduate students, Baosteel Education Award, special scholarships for graduate students, excellent dissertations for graduate students, work allowances for "three assistances" and subsidies for graduate students' difficulties.
