The total cost of Library No.1 Project is nearly NT$ 80 million, covering an area of 1949 ping. The first floor is equipped with a smart door. There are five protruding columns on the front and south of the first library, and ivory tiles are attached to the outer wall. The outer edges of the window sills on the fourth and fifth floors are cut with black cement. The three external walls on the second and third floors are all closed large glass windows. And in the open space around the square in front of the main entrance, a single flower stand and grass are set up to plant flowers and trees, which is in harmony with the surrounding landscape and is a very distinctive building of the school.
The acceptance of the Second Library was completed on July 1997. The floors allocated to the library are the second half of the third floor and the fourth floor, which will be open in September 200 1 year. The third floor is the meeting room (or general reading room) and the curator's room, and the fourth floor is the western language publishing area and information retrieval service area, which is the best reading place in the library. For lighting and beauty, a three-dimensional skylight is specially set in the center of the roof. In the middle of the first floor and the floors from the third floor to the fifth floor, the empty design is adopted, and the stairs on the second floor lead up to the third, fourth and fifth floors.
