I. Entrance to Shangqiu University in 2020 Shangqiu University was formerly known as Huayu College of Henan Agricultural University. Founded in 2002 by Henan Agricultural University and Henan Shangqiu Chunlai Education Group. 20 1 1 April, approved by the Ministry of Education, it was transformed into a private undergraduate college.
