The library of Xuzhou Normal University has established inter-library cooperative relations with many domestic and foreign university libraries and some provincial and municipal libraries, and also actively carried out literature exchange with Hong Kong, Taiwan and the international community, and gradually formed a social security system and resource sharing network for literature. He has successively accepted 13342 books and periodicals donated by Mr. Heng, all the publications of "New Style" donated by Mr. Gao, a famous publisher in Taiwan Province Province and the chairman of New Style Publishing Company, with a value of more than NT$ 9 million, and accepted more than ten thousand personal books collected by Mr. Hideo Matsuzawa, a senior reporter of Asahi Shimbun.
