School introduction

Founded in 2008, Beijing Information Science and Technology University was formed by the merger of Beijing Institute of Mechanical Technology under the former Ministry of Machinery and Beijing Institute of Information Engineering under the former Ministry of Electronics. Its school history can be traced back to 1937.
