It's best to go to Shekou first and go to Hong Kong by boat. It takes about an hour to arrive at the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal in Sheung Wan. You can take the tram (2 yuan, HK$) when you leave the Macau Ferry Terminal, and sit at the station of the West Ring Road. Or take a taxi at the Macau Ferry Terminal. I think it will take at least 2 hours to leave Shekou Pier, pass through the customs in the Mainland and Hong Kong, take a boat (there is a flight schedule), and travel from Hong Kong and Macao Pier to the West Ring Road.
