The presidents of our college are: Jiang Dunjie (concurrently Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch), Fuyi Chen (concurrently Secretary of the General Party Branch) and Chen Li; Fuyi Chen (concurrently secretary of the General Party Branch), Wu Jun, Zhou Jiyun, Mark Long, Wu Yi, Li Hongshan and Li Haiying successively served as vice-chairmen. Current leaders: Chen Li, the new principal, Zhou Jiyun, Wu Yi, Li Hongshan and Li Haiying.

In recent years, with the reform of basic education curriculum as the center, our college has given full play to the role of teaching, research, guidance, service, management and training, deepened the reform of basic education curriculum, carried out innovations in the system, mechanism and method of teaching, research and training in many aspects, and gradually formed a support and guarantee mechanism of "school-based, regional cooperation, networking and integration of teaching and research" to improve the quality of basic education and the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers. We have created advanced experiences such as online teaching and research, distance training, co-construction and sharing of network resources, and online constructive evaluation, solved difficult problems with wisdom, scientifically promoted the experimental work of the new curriculum, and rapidly enhanced the influence of basic education in our province. Relevant experience has been fully affirmed and vigorously promoted by the Ministry of Education and all parts of the country, making the teaching and research work in our province occupy a place in the country.
