How to evaluate teachers' teaching level
As an answering person, I will respect the efforts and efforts of every teacher, and I don't tend to make negative comments. However, sometimes some teachers may not meet our expected teaching standards. These situations may include the following:

Lack of attention and concern

Some teachers may be indifferent to students' learning progress, problems or needs. They may lack patience and understanding and can't actively respond to students' individual differences.

Have no preparation and teaching ability

Sometimes some teachers may be ill-prepared and lack teaching knowledge and skills. They may not be able to impart knowledge clearly, answer students' questions or provide effective study guidance.

Unfair and unjust treatment

Some teachers may be partial to some students, or discriminate against students based on personal preferences. This kind of behavior will bring unfair and unfair treatment to students and affect their learning motivation and confidence.

Differences in personal experiences and opinions

It should be noted that everyone's evaluation of teachers may be different because of different personal experiences and opinions. Although some teachers may not meet our expectations in some aspects, they may have excellent performance in other aspects.

Respect the efforts of others.

Most importantly, we should respect the efforts of others and communicate with them and solve problems in a constructive way, so as to promote the improvement of education quality.
