Life course, also known as activity course and child-centered course, is a kind of course opposite to subject course, and organizes courses centering on children's interests and motives in certain activities. Therefore, activity curriculum is also called motivation theory.
Life education mainly includes:
1. Health education: develop good hygiene habits and eating habits, keep exercising, keep a good mood, etc.
2. Science education: Cultivate children's interest in scientific inquiry and learn to explain specific problems in life with simple scientific principles, such as why balloons float in the air and why paper boats float on water.
3. Art education: including aesthetics, appreciation and creation, such as matching clothes, enjoying music and pictures, and making handicrafts.
4. Labor education: learn to use tools, actively do all kinds of housework, enjoy the fun brought by labor, and cherish the fruits of others' labor.
5. Social education: Understand traffic rules, learn life etiquette, be willing to communicate with peers, participate in life practice activities, understand the cultures of different countries, and get a preliminary understanding of the world we live in.
