The people's police ranks are divided into the following five grades and thirteen grades:
(1) The Commissioner-General and the Deputy Commissioner-General;
(2) Commissioner of Police: level 1, level 2 and level 3;
(3) Superintendent: Grade I, II and III;
(4) Superintendent: Grade I, II and III;
(5) Police: Grade I and II.
The people's police who hold professional and technical positions should be preceded by the word "professional technology".
The people's police who hold administrative posts shall implement the following job grades to prepare police ranks:
(1) Chief position at ministerial level: Commissioner-General;
(2) Deputy Minister: Deputy Director-General;
(3) Chief post at the department (bureau) level: from the first-class police commissioner to the second-class police commissioner;
(4) Deputies at the department (bureau) level: level 2 to level 3 police commissioners;
(5) Chief post at department (bureau) level: from the third-level police commissioner to the second-level police inspector;
(6) Deputies at department (bureau) level: first-class police inspector to third-class police inspector;
(7) Chief post at department (bureau) level: first-class police inspector to first-class superintendent;
(8) Deputies at department (bureau) level: from the second-level police inspector to the second-level police inspector;
(9) Clerk (sheriff) position: from the third-class police inspector to the third-class police superintendent;
(10) Clerk (police officer) Position: first-class superintendent to second-class police officer.
