Looking back on the recent work, with the careful help and care of leaders at all levels, we have made some progress and gains in this field. But in-depth analysis, there are still many problems, and most of them are caused by subjective factors. Specifically, there are four main problems.
First, rational thinking is not very deep. For strengthening rational thinking and improving ideological acuity, there are indeed some phenomena that are important to say and secondary to do, so there is no need to be busy. When business is busy, they are not good at overall planning, jumping out of the "circle" and squeezing out time. No one cares about the newspaper, no one listens attentively to the radio, and even gets upset. At this time, there is little or no will to ask questions, keep abreast of domestic and international situations and social trends, naturally lack meditation on major events in the political life of the party and the country, and are not good at understanding and analyzing problems from a political perspective. Lack of sense of urgency and crisis in learning new knowledge and accepting new things. In addition, the theoretical foundation is weak, the professional quality is not high, and the current working hours are not long. Sometimes it is difficult to finish the task, so you are too lazy to study. Just turn it over and have a look. I am limited to how much I wrote and how much I wrote. I just found the gap in numbers and didn't ask for answers, so it's difficult to talk about practical application and guide practice. In this case, the mind lacks the enrichment of the latest theory, and the original theoretical foundation has not been consolidated, which leads to a certain degree of dilution of ideals and beliefs, and sometimes makes some gray remarks, such as talking about the current salary; Sometimes I will be distracted by my own affairs, such as considering my parents' old age, poor health and pure professionalism; Sometimes the mentality is unbalanced, especially when the work is very busy, others go back to rest after work, and they work overtime until late at night, so they can't help complaining.
Second, the motivation for innovation is not sufficient. Sometimes the initiative of work is not strong, and there is an idea of relying on others. Especially when the work is busy, I always hope that the leaders will arrange others to strengthen their strength, otherwise they will be procrastinating, perfunctory, not paying attention to quality, and they will not be able to correct it in time if they are told by the leaders. In addition, under the new situation, instead of actively studying and solving new situations and problems in army building and work, we should try to save trouble and be afraid of labor. They are used to a fixed way of thinking, work based on previous work experience, outdated concepts and lack of certain new ideas in their work. They go to the grass-roots level to inspect and guide the work, without analyzing the actual situation of specific units, but give dogmatic guidance according to their accumulated experience as instructors.
Then writing articles is always satisfied with your habits. Originally, their own style of writing was more casual, which did not meet the strict and meticulous requirements of organizational materials. However, on the one hand, they are unwilling to correct, on the other hand, they only care about themselves. As a result, what they write is always on the surface of the text, flashy, empty, lacking in ideological content and nothing new. Something new and unique is even harder to find. The director has said this question many times.
