French CAFA Professional Sommelier College and Hong Kong International Wine Association will hold the first professional sommelier training in Shenzhen, South China in February, 2065. At that time, Mr Patrick Porter, President of French Professional Sommeliers Association, and Mr Johnson Liao, President of China Sommeliers Association, will come all the way from France to attend the opening ceremony of the first training course. The domestic head of the Hong Kong International Wine Association said that a platform will be set up to exchange wine tasters from France, Hong Kong and the mainland.

At present, the wine industry in China is booming, and it has become the most potential market, so wine lovers in China have become the reserve force of professionals. The sommelier training is becoming more and more popular in China, but the lack of international professional sommelier qualification training in China has been ignored for many years. Until 20 10, with wine tasting becoming a part of people's interest, the number of people applying for sommeliers began to increase year by year, and the mature wine culture was introduced to China by professional sommeliers from France and Hong Kong. After the training course, there will be a wine tasting in five famous villages in France.

The cooperation between French CAFA Sommelier College and Hong Kong International Wine Association undoubtedly provides a broad space for Chinese people to learn Chinese and foreign wine professional knowledge, better master professional skills and cultivate high-quality international sommeliers.
