It is reported that the main line of Panxing Railway is 98.3 14 km, of which 46 bridges are 20.675 km, accounting for 21.03% of the line length; There are 38 tunnels * * * 68.455km, accounting for 69.63% of the line length. The bridge-tunnel ratio of the whole line is 90.66%, which is the highest high-speed railway in Guizhou so far.

Pan-Xing Railway leads from Panzhou Station of Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway, passes from north to south through Danxia Town, Xiangshui Town, Baotian Town, Qingshuihe Town, Maling Town, Jushan Sub-district Office, Fengdu Sub-district Office and Xingyi Wan Fenglin Airport in Panzhou City, and ends at Xingyi South Station. Baotian Station and Xingyi South Station are newly built and rebuilt.

The design standard is a double-track passenger dedicated line with a design speed of 250km/h and a construction period of 4 years. It is the fourth intercity railway in Guizhou Province after Guikai, Tongyu and Anliu.

Significance of Pershing Railway

The construction of Panxing Railway can realize the 1-2-hour high-speed traffic circle from Guiyang to the administrative centers of various cities and states, which is of great significance for accelerating the development of Southwest Guizhou where ethnic minorities live in concentrated communities. With the strong support of the state, the project was included in the national "Thirteenth Five-Year" comprehensive transportation plan, and the construction started ahead of schedule on 20 18 12.

After the completion of the Panxing Railway, Xingyi will be connected with the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway artery, which is of great significance for optimizing and perfecting the layout of the national railway network, promoting the urbanization process in western Guizhou, winning the battle against poverty and building a well-off society simultaneously. By then, Guiyang to Xingyi can be reached within 2 hours, and the 1 to 2-hour high-speed rail traffic circle from Guiyang to eight central cities in the province will be formally formed.
