The class teacher who won the first prize of the 6th Basic Skills Exhibition Competition for Primary and Secondary School Headteachers in Henan Province will be recommended first, and will not occupy the places allocated by all localities, provided that the conditions for the outstanding primary and secondary school headteachers in Henan Province in 2023 are met.

Third, the selection conditions

1. Fully implement the Party's educational policy, be loyal to the people's educational cause, take the lead in cultivating and practicing socialist core values, perform post responsibilities in an exemplary manner, and work as a class teacher for more than 5 years (including 5 years).

2. Be able to complete the duties and tasks stipulated in the Regulations on the Work of Class Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools, and the class with them has a good class spirit of being positive, mutual aid, unity and forge ahead, civilized and healthy, and a good study style of being diligent, rigorous, realistic and innovative. Individuals are honored and commended in moral education such as the work of class teachers at or above the county level.

3. Do a good job in the education and guidance of primary and secondary school students, make use of various opportunities to carry out ideological and moral education, and pay attention to cultivating students' good ideological and moral quality and behavior habits; Can perform the duties of class management well and actively maintain the good teaching and living order of the class; Seriously organize and carry out various class collective activities, guide the class committee, the Young Pioneers Squadron and the Youth League branch to carry out their work, and the students they bring or guide are commended by activities at or above the county level.

4. Have strong teaching ability and research ability, pay attention to the thinking and innovation of the head teacher's work, and have research results related to the moral education work of the head teacher at or above the county level (completed teaching and research projects, published monographs, published articles, award-winning papers, courseware, professional exhibition activities or competitions, etc.). ).

The principle of fairness, impartiality and openness should be adhered to in the recommendation selection, and the education bureaus of cities under the provincial jurisdiction, Jiyuan Demonstration Zone, Airport Port Area and counties (cities) directly under the provincial government should study and determine the allocation methods of outstanding class teachers according to the development of local ordinary primary and secondary schools, and make them public. The allocation of places should take into account the overall study period and regional balance, and appropriately tilt to rural areas with difficult conditions.

All the above materials are printed and copied on A4 paper, and bound into a book according to the order of "declaration form", articles on the concept and practice of class management, original words of articles, copies of research results and honorary titles.
