I. Shanghai Theatre Academy
Shanghai Theatre Academy, referred to as "Shangxi" for short, is an art institution of higher learning in China that trains drama professionals. It was founded in 1945 and was jointly founded by the Ministry of People, Culture and Tourism of China and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. It is the first batch of master's degree awarding units approved by the State Council.
It has the right to award doctoral degrees in first-class disciplines and post-doctoral research stations, and has been selected into the national construction of high-level university graduate programs, national key disciplines programs, national college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training programs, and Shanghai government scholarship institutions for foreign students.

Shanghai Conservatory of Music, referred to as "Shangyin" for short, is a full-time higher professional music (art) college sponsored by Shanghai Municipal People's Government and co-founded by China People, Ministry of Culture and Shanghai Municipal People's Government. It has been selected into the public postgraduate program of national construction of high-level universities, key disciplines with national characteristics, scholarship receiving institutions of China government for international students in China, scholarship institutions of Shanghai government for international students in China, and the construction plan of high-level local universities in Shanghai.

Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts of Shanghai University, referred to as "Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts" or "Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts" for short, is a secondary college with relatively independent right to run a school.
Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts of Shanghai University, formerly known as Shanghai Fine Arts School (technical secondary school), was founded on March 5, 1959 at/kloc-0. September 1960, upgraded to Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts (undergraduate), attached middle school; August 1965, reorganized into Shanghai Fine Arts School; 1983 merged into the newly established Shanghai University and was named Shanghai University Academy of Fine Arts.

Shanghai Film Academy, located in Shanghai, was established in June 5438+February 2003. It is a full-time ordinary art college approved by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government.
Located in Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, it is the second independent college named after movies in China. Now it has 15 majors in film and television art, animation games and digital art design, with nearly 3,000 students.

Shanghai Visual Arts School, named Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts in English (siva for short), was established in September 2005. It is a new comprehensive art undergraduate college with mixed ownership with state-owned investment as the main body and other social forces and private funds.
The school was originally named Fudan University, Shanghai school of visual arts; On April 20 13, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the school was transformed from an independent secondary college of Fudan University to an independent school of visual arts.
